About John A. Dougherty

John A. Dougherty is a Partner at Gerolamo McNulty Divis Lewbart & Fox. He received his B.A. in History from the Catholic University of America and graduated cum laude in 2007. He received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2010.  
 
Prior to joining Gerolamo, McNulty, Divis, Lewbart & Fox, John served as a clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, in Camden, N.J. for the Honorable Lee B. Laskin. During this time, he was in charge of the Special Civil Part mediation program at the Camden Courthouse. Since that time, he has been actively litigating cases, from arbitration to jury trials. He now focuses his practice primarily on defending motor vehicle and premises liability cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 
 
John enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and volunteers as the attorney advisor for a local high school mock trial team.
