About Joseph L. Garbarino

Joseph L. Garbarino is a Partner at Gerolamo McNulty Divis Lewbart & Fox. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated summa cum laude in 2011. He received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 2014 where he was an associate editor of the school’s Journal of Environmental Science and completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Jack Panella of Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Court of Common Pleas for Delaware County.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Jonathan Mark in the Court of Common Pleas for Monroe County. He currently devotes his practice to medical malpractice and civil litigation. He has experience in handling those matters from inception through trial.
