About Paul G. Kirk

Paul G. Kirk is an associate at Gerolamo McNulty Divis Lewbart & Fox. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University in 1982 and his J.D. from Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1986.  
 
Prior to joining Gerolamo McNulty Divis Lewbart & Fox, Paul practiced insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on general casualty, trucking liability and medical malpractice. He has tried multiple cases to verdict in these specialties throughout Pennsylvania and presented arguments to the Pennsylvania Superior Court.  
 
Paul also practiced employment law for several years where he presented and argued applications for injunctive relief to courts in 20 states throughout the country. He also drafted employment agreements, restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements and counseled clients on issues pertaining to employee resignations and terminations.  
 
Paul now focuses his practice on defending motor vehicle, premises liability and general liability cases throughout Pennsylvania.
