About Daniel T. Lewbart

Daniel T. Lewbart is a founding partner in the insurance defense firm of Gerolamo McNulty Divis Lewbart & Fox, with offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is the managing attorney of the New Jersey office.  

He handles a wide variety of insurance defense matters involving, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, declaratory judgment and insurance coverage, as well as anchoring the firm’s workers’ compensation practice.  

He also has expertise in handling Civil RICO actions on behalf of insurance companies against fraudulent medical providers for unlawful billing and treatment practices. He has lectured on the topic of insurance fraud over the years. He actively litigates cases on behalf of insurance companies and has argued over 120 jury trials to verdict.  

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, as well as cycling and bowling.
