About Kelly J. Fox

Kelly J. Fox is a partner at the Philadelphia law firm of Gerolamo McNulty Divis Lewbart & Fox. She received her B.A. in English Writing and Political Science from East Stroudsburg University in 1994 and her J.D. from Widener University in 1997.  

Following law school Kelly served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Esther R. Sylvester in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Since completing her clerkship, she has been actively litigating motor vehicle and premise liability cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also has experience in medical malpractice and bad faith litigation. She has handled cases from the district court level up to and including jury trials and appellate work and is also a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars. 

Kelly calls Wynnewood, Pennsylvania home with her wonderful husband, son and daughter.
